Kim is a seasoned drug development leader with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields and expertise in Regulatory CMC and in Regulatory Strategy. She has successfully led consulting teams in delivering innovative, practical, and tailored solutions to complex regulatory challenges.

A regulatory affairs leader with more than 15 years of experience, Brandon has built and led high-performing labeling teams that help biopharmaceutical companies navigate complex global regulatory requirements. As the Labeling Practice Leader at Opus Regulatory, he believes the strongest regulatory strategies balance scientific rigor, practical execution, and meaningful collaboration to deliver lasting value for clients and ultimately support better outcomes for patients.

Heta is an experienced pharmaceutical industry leader with more than 15 years of expertise in Regulatory Advertising and Promotion and Medical Review across both U.S. and global markets. She is known for building strong partnerships and delivering thoughtful, practical, and business-minded solutions to complex regulatory & client challenges. Heta is passionate about helping bring meaningful therapies to patients, with a particular interest in supporting treatments for rare diseases and oncology.

Melissa is passionate about helping organizations grow by developing exceptional people and building strong, scalable teams. As Director of Human Resources at Opus, she brings 20+ years of experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership coaching. In her role with Opus, Olena believes dedication, consistency, and compassion should guide how organizations care for their people, building the structures and culture that let talent thrive.
