Develop a Search Strategy. Through a competitive market analysis, we identify a group of target source companies. We then research our database to develop a list of networking contacts and prospective candidates for screening.
Qualify Potential Candidates. Prospective candidates are identified and interviewed. We make our finalist recommendations based on the candidate’s relevant experience, core competencies, ability to perform the essential job functions, compatibility with the organization's goals and culture, management style and interest level in the position.
Communicate Feedback. Two-way communication is critical to the ultimate success of a search. Throughout the process we’re in regular contact with all parties. We facilitate smooth interview scheduling and logistics, identify any critical questions that may emerge, assess ongoing interest, and furnish any additional candidate information.
Conduct Reference Checks and Facilitate Job Acceptance. Comprehensive written reference checks include discussions with the candidate's current and former colleagues and superiors. We verify prior employment and, upon request, conduct comprehensive background checks. We help formulate and present the formal job offer and guide the candidate through the task of resignation.
Follow-up and Survey. We conduct follow-up reports within the first six months of employment to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth assimilation for the executive.
